CANCELLATION POLICY

Same day cancellations and no-shows impact small businesses like mine. By making a reservation, you are agreeing to the following policies; To book services with Tamara at Sugar Babe Beauty, all clients must pay a non-refundable 50% retainer towards any appointment. The remaining balance will be due at the end of the appointment. Cash, card, zelle. RETAINERS, CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING Retainers (deposit) are non refundable. Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled through the website or by messaging me with at least 48 hour notice. Rescheduling in under 48 hours notice is considered a cancellation. If you cancel/reschedule after the 48 hour mark, the RETAINER will be forfeited as the cancellation fee. If you reschedule before the 48 hour mark, your deposit will go towards the new desired appointment time. Please text 707.782.6979 if you need to cancel or reschedule last minute. Retainers can be transferred a single time if the appointment is rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. **Same day cancellations due to illness or COVID related will fall under the 48 hour policy. Please cancel in advance if you are feeling unwell. I understand that sickness can be sudden and unexpected, this policy is in place to protect my business and my time. Communication is key LATE POLICY We offer a 5 minute grace period, however please aim to be 5 minutes early. After 5 minutes, the appointment will be considered a cancellation. The policy above will apply. Please account for traffic and parking time when planning your appointment. This policy allows us to keep things running smoothly, and to respect the other clients who are scheduled thoughtout the day. CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING DUE TO THAT TIME OF THE MONTH Yes, l am able to perform the service even during that time of the month; I recommend taking a shower, wearing a clean fresh tampon or menstrual cup. I understand if feeling uncomfortable but please communicate with me as there is a 48hr cancellation policy that will be upheld Sugar Babe Beauty offers no refunds on any used or unused services, service packages, gift cards, products. I understand life is unexpected but please be considerate of my time and others who would been in need of an appointment at Sugar Babe Beauty, if it was canceled or rescheduled within the appropriate timing.
